Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Privacy Policy Scheduling Appointments: All appointments, including complimentary or paid introductory calls, must be scheduled in advance through the online booking system. Once booked, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Introductory Calls: Introductory calls are designed to: -Discuss your health goals and concerns -Provide an overview of functional medicine services -Determine whether we are a good fit to work together ***Introductory calls are not medical visits, do not establish a provider–patient relationship, and do not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.*** Payment Policy: Payment for paid services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Packages, programs, lab services, and supplements may be subject to separate payment agreements. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within this notice period will not incur a fee. Appointments canceled outside of this window may be charged a $50 fee. Missed or late-canceled complimentary introductory calls may not be eligible for rebooking at the complimentary rate. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable. Late Arrival Policy To respect all clients’ time: Appointments will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and require rescheduling. Scope of Services Functional and integrative medicine services are intended to support wellness and address root causes of health concerns. These services do not replace emergency, primary, or specialty medical care. Clients experiencing urgent or emergent symptoms should seek immediate medical attention. HIPAA Privacy & Confidentiality Notice Protected Health Information (PHI) We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Any personal or health information you provide is considered Protected Health Information (PHI) and is handled in accordance with federal privacy regulations.
